Multi-Ethnic

The Tsogtian Khaganate sits in a region torn apart at a political level, leaving many groups alien to their ancestral lands. Those within the Khaganate reside in generally similar ethnic and racial groups, ruled over by the Great Khan from the capital city of Onu. Some of these major settlements include the town of Killgrove, the city of Ton Mouse, and the Sissur Grove.
Killgrove is comprised of multiple warrior peoples: those of the Orcs, those of the Mountains, and the brutal swamp-folk. This town functions as a militia, supplied and commanded by the Khan's choice in Military General. Nestled between the rivers Kjorn and Goll, Killgrove is a highly defensible and highly aggressive location.
The city of Ton Mouse resides near the northern most point of the Khaganate, defining the border against the badlands. Ton Mouse is a former Nethilest settlement, claimed during the fall of Achron. A troubled history makes for a surprisingly hospitable people as many squat-folk and kinder souls tend to gather here, earning protection of the Khan for their great food production.
The Great Khan has a fondness for nature and thus leaves the coastal dwellings of the nature inclined peoples to their own devices. This is a large and diverse group, consisting of many beastfolk, elves, and fey.
